What can I expect when I get vaccinated?
When you get vaccinated, you’ll be given a fact sheet that tells you more about the specific vaccine you’re being offered. After the first vaccination appointment, you should get a CDC COVID-19 Vaccination card that tells you what COVID-19 vaccine you received, the date you received it, and where you or your child received it. Keep this CDC COVID-19 Vaccination card for future use. Consider taking a picture of the card after your appointment as a backup copy.
